By accessing and using the Computerbank Victoria website (computerbank.org.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

About Computerbank Victoria

Computerbank Victoria Inc. (ABN 98 004 700 560) is a volunteer-run, ACNC-registered charity that refurbishes donated computers and distributes them at low cost to eligible individuals and community groups in Melbourne.

Eligibility for purchases

Our refurbished computers are available to eligible customers, including:

  • Australian Concession Card or Health Care Card holders
  • Students with valid student ID
  • Asylum seekers with a referral letter or card
  • Community groups and not-for-profit organisations

Proof of eligibility must be presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse a sale if requirements are not met.

Products and services

All computers are sold as refurbished goods. While we take care to test and prepare each machine, products are provided on an "as is" basis. Availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice. Images on the website are indicative only and may not reflect the exact product you receive.

Warranty and returns

Our refurbished computers come with a limited warranty as described at the time of sale. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. If you believe a product has a major fault, please contact us.

Website use

When using this website, you agree not to:
