Partnership with Engineers Without Borders

Computerbank recently provided laptops to Engineers Without Borders (Victoria Region). The organisation demonstrated to young people from Northern Victoria how to create a GPS tracker for turtle research.

The Broad-shelled turtle holds significance as the totem for the Yorta Yorta nation in Northern Victoria and is classified as a threatened species. The Yorta Yorta people have been actively engaged in turtle preservation efforts for an extended period.

Engineers Without Borders works on humanitarian engineering projects with communities across Australia. We were glad to help out with the laptops.
